By Sharon L. Demarte, M.A.
Recently I realized I am happy! I have found happiness! Oh, I have a couple of challenging life situations going on at the moment, but my overall state is that of happiness. I write this in a state of awe that I have actually gotten to this place and excitement to share with you what I have learned.

Get a coach!
By Todd Williams
This is a little different type of money tip inspired by the recent
accomplishments of the Los Angeles Lakers coach Phil Jackson. I hope
you enjoy it.
Phil Jackson is one of the greatest professional coaches of all
time. He is able to enhance the skills of his team members and to
motivate them to accomplish great things. He is one of the greatest
playoff coaches who enhance his teams’ chances of winning when it
counts most. He has coached players with varying ability and molded
them into winners. Phil Jackson was not a great basketball player.
He is not in the basketball hall of fame because of his playing
ability. What Phil Jackson has is a great ability to focus attention
to the outcomes that the team desires and to motivate, challenge,
tutor, and counsel his teams to victory. Continue reading

The Wealthy Buy Assets, the Poor Buy Liabilities, and the Middle Class Buy Liabilites Believing They Are Assets
Which class do your purchases fall into? In order to find out we need to first look at what is the difference between an asset and a liability. With that basic definition out of the way we need to look at how this actually works. Continue reading
What the Rich Know about Wealth

Ask a wealthy person how much he is worth and typically he will have a much better idea of his net worth than the average middle class person. Why is that? Especially since it is much more difficult for a wealthy person to track.

The average middle class person is so focused on their income and expenses that they forget the big picture. For instance how are you coming on preparing for future events like retirement, children’s education, health insurance, long term care, etc. Continue reading
