If you can wait, you might be able to find the kind of mortgage deal that makes it possible for you to get a better home.
It is still possible to get a home and a yard for your small family. It may, however, take a bit of searching to find your ideal home. If you manage your expectations and are able to think outside of the box, you can find the perfect place in which to live and play.
